| The rewinding process of full - automatic servo winder comprises the following seven actions of incoming head , slow winding , fast winding , slow winding , press felt , cut felt , tape felt , and push felt ; |
| 1.The incoming head is driven by the low - speed running of the felt motor to drive the traction roller to feed the coiled material into the drum; |
| 2.Then the felt motor and the felt servo quickly rotate to start winding work , and meanwhile , the length of the felt can be intuitively displayed on the touch display screen during the rolling felt process; |
| 3. When the set length is reached ,the felt motor are stopped and the winding action is finished , the pressing felt cylinder is in place , and then the felt motor drives the cutter to cut the coiled material ; |
| 4.The winding tape device is freely slid into position , the felt motor rotates at low speed , tape felt ; |
| 5.The cylinder will push the plate, the felt motor is started to push the coiled material from the winding roll to the felt roller way. |
